Message from the President

Hello Neighbors! Fall is here, along with cooler days and for many of us, watching lots of football. As the summer drew to a close, we are glad we were able to connect as neighbors at the Meet and Greet held by the lake on August 17. The neighborhood association board and I look forward to continuing to build community unity through our quarterly meetings and other community events. We will make every effort to keep you up to date on city projects and other activities affecting our community. We are working on improving communications, including a newsletter mailer and other types of notification to keep you informed. In the meantime, please use this website to send feedback, any changes in your contact information or community issues to us.

Community Dues
​
The association fees were due by March 31, 2024 regardless of whether you received an invoice. Your dues cover the Lake Insurance, Lawn Service Maintenance, Electricity, Office Supplies, Lake Christmas decorations and your annual fishing license for the lake.
If you have not paid your dues, it's never too late. Please mail them to:
